Well, there is no stamping on these, but I made them for an embellishment swap and someone wanted to know how I made them. I actually used a kids activity kit made by NSI. I got it at Michaels, but I've seen the same kit at ToysRUs. It's got this little plastic split dowel and a template for how to cut the paper to get the different sized beads. The paper gets wrapped around the dowel and you adhere the paper to itself so it doesn't some unrolled. Then you seal the bead with a varnish, and when it's dry you can take it off the dowel. Use paper, not cardstock, to make these.
