Just love the double-sided Designer Papers! This card was cased - and I apoligize - I forgot to write down their name. This card was from my first Stamp a Stack.
I used the 1 3/8" square punch, drew diagonal lines LIGHTLY, used the 1/16' hole punch for the center and each corner. Cut on the diagonal lines just past halfway to center. Folded the 1/16" punched corners toward the center; lined up the holes and inserted a brad to hold. The first one takes a bit of time but after that they're a piece of cake!

This is an adorable card. Seeing pinwheels brings backs some memories and the double sided designer paper really makes fabulous embellishments. Very nicely done!
