I went through all of my ribbon scraps and that determined my color scheme. TinkerBella stamp from www.stampingbella.com - I just love her!! I started to add a ribbon flag to the "Make a Wish" tag, but it got too cluttered so I left it off. Bummer because I had the perfect scrap of French Blue GG for it! Thanks for the fun challenge Jen!!
