Ok, so I'm doing a workshop and the hostess asked me to do a scrapbook page. I'm struggling with this one for some reason. Please help! I want your feedback.I tried to showcase a few punches, the designer series paper, SU ribbon, the white gel pen, the paper piercing tool and mat pack. I think the Taken with Teal background paper needs something. The guest will actually be making the 6x6 in the upper left corner. TFL!

Sometimes less is more, and I would test the page with some photos. I would go simple, and cut the teal a little smaller, round the corners, and mount it on the pink or another color in the striped paper, to reflect the feel of what you did on one of the mats. Nice page though, very nice!

I like it! Sometimes when I am thinking the same thing about my page I try it with a Versamarked very subtle stamp of some coordinating nature on the background sheet and it helps. It adds a little something, without distracting from the other elements. Don't know if that was what you were looking for, but thought I would throw it out there =) Thanks for sharing - I save both pages in my idea file =)

I love this! I don't think the background needs anything but if you do I would go with versamark as mentioned in a previous comment. Anything more than that would probably be to busy! Absolutely love the idea of using ribbon for the stem! Into my favs...I have a workshop coming up!!

I love what you've done with the ribbon for the flower. I might also try a subtle Versamark background. And maybe an extra layer of matting under the pink piece on the right??? My two cents.
