I made these for my daughter Molly's pre school class. They are filled with wrapped hershey nuggets and red filler paper.
I cut the bottom of the fruit cup tin off with a safety can opener. (you can get that at walmart for around $ Then wash it and dry it real good. I wrapped the Hershey nuggets with a stamped address label. I put 4 nuggets in and then put the paper filler in. Then I took Diamond Glaze (or crystal effects) and glue the bottom back on. I held it tight for about a minute then put it on the counter and put a bottle of water on top of it to hold it tight while it dried. http://impressionsbyrochelle.blogspot.com
