You are going to have to take my word on this--It looks much better IRL. I was too impatient to wait for daylight to get a good picture of this. The ribbon happens to match the patterned paper PERFECTLY in realy life--but when I adjusted so the transparency showed up--the ribbon clashed.
Like Kurtis, I used a folded Piece of patterned paper on the inside, used his layout, and used a tranparency and stitched ribbon.
Unlike Kurtis my patterned paper was not double sided, so I matted it on cardstock. Instead of Stazon--I embossed white on the front and stamped the sentiment on the patterned paper instead of the transparency, I also used different images.
I had NEVER done a transparency card (the transparencies were sitting in a package on the shelf--neglected and unloved). Kurtis's example was simple enough and attractive enough to make me want to give it a shot.
Thanks Kurtis!!! Awesome inspiration!!
Thanks Jen for setting up this challenge!!!!!
