I was inspired by the project we made at Leadership and by scrapchic21. Since we can't buy those little envelopes, I made mine with pockets instead. I was also able to make this with 8 1/2 x 11 cs rather than 12x12.

(1) 4 x 8 1/2 x 11 - score at 1 3/4, 2, 5, 8
(3) 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 - score on 2 short sides and 1 long side at 1/2. On the unscored side, punch a half circle with the 3/4 hole punch. To make the pockets, snip off the bottom squares at an angle and fold edges.
Only Orange
11 x 1 - belly band - cut this first (then you'll have the 7 1/2 x 11 left over) - cut the 11 x 1 piece down to 8 x 1.
7 1/2 x 2 3/4 - score at 3 3/4
3 1/4 x 2 1/2 - insert for pocket
Yo-Yo Yellow
7 1/2 x 2 3/4 - score at 3 3/4
3 1/4 x 2 1/2 - insert for pocket
Tempting Turquoise
7 1/2 x 2 3/4 - score at 3 3/4
3 1/4 x 2 1/2 - insert for pocket

Thank you for sharing this - I am so glad that I will not have to order the mini envelopes and cards AND that I can use 81/2 by 11 cardstock - now if I could just NOT by the Doodle sets...
