Using stipple brishes on a glue covered card stock to make textured backgrounds.Card has white glue scrapped on(PVA or Elmers)with an old credit card.Pipe Dreamink Opals embossing enamels sprinkled on and Pearl-ex stippled in any areas still needed in similar colours to the Opals.Once done hit with heat gun and the card bubbles and shimmers giving gorgeous backgrounds with thickish texture....it is a take on the heated Pearl tech
