JJBrooks - no it wasn't hard. Take a 12"x5" piece of c/s & score it every 3". Fold it and cut the edges off so it looks like a tag & decorate! The most time consuming part is filling it in.

Oh My Goodness! Kendra, that is the cutest thing and you make it sound so easy! These would be cute stocking stuffers and gift bag fillers. LOVE IT! Oh, and you know I love that gingham!!!
