I had a vision of how I wanted this to end up, but it turned out even better than I had imanaged. I struggled over which one of the cuttlebug folders I should use for the background... the hearts or swirls?? After stamping the steam on the cup I decided the swirl folder really was the look I was after as it picked up the swirls of the steam. I also added a cut out design for the cup itself & added Liquid Applique for whipped cream. I heated the LA and let dry per instruction.
I wanted to see what would happen if I reheated the LA, so I heated it again & it really popped out even more and while still sticky I added glitter. I was thrilled with the outcome. I added a glitter coated sugar heart under the whipped cream to which I cut a slit in the cs with my exacto knife. Finished by embellishing with ribbons. The inside & envy also have glitter coated hearts to complete the look I was after.
