This was one of the projects I demoed at the Manager's Reception at Leadership last week. The technique is "White Magic". Simply stamp with White Craft ink (in this case the Flannel Plaid background), let it dry (or heat set) & color over it with colored pencils. You may use Watercolor Pencils, Pure Color Pencils (my favorite for this technique) or Metallic Pencils. This one was super-easy. Just scribble a bit of color on right over the dried ink.
