I couldn't resist trying a twist on the frosted filters technique. I stamped JudiKins Carmen's Veranda background stamp on the filter in Versamark and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then I used Adirondack Color Wash in Bottle & Butterscotch to dye the filter. After it dried, I ironed the filter between newsprint, which melted the embossing powder into the newsprint and left behind a 'batik-like' surface.
The Outlines daisy stamp was inked with versamark and then Lettuce Adirondack ink and embossed with clear embossing ink. Then I 'painted' the image with the Butterscotch Color Wash. When it dried, the daisy was colored with the Sakura glitter pen. The Amuse saying was stamped and trimmed into two pieces and then cut to size, so it could be edged with the Word Window punch (Thanks AmyR for the Versamark & Word Window tips.)
