How do you make the box? Do you have a template?

I don't have a template. I basically measured the Candy hearts box and cut & scored a few times until I got a good fit.
This is what worked the best for me after a couple of tries: Cardstock cut to 8 1/2" x 3 1/2".
Score at 1/2" and 3" (lengthwise).
Quarter turn and score at 3 7/8" and 4 5/8".
Make small 1/2" cuts to where the score lines intersect so that you can fold to form a box.
The nice thing about this box is you don't have to use adhesive on the sides if you don't want to. I just tied the ribbon around (before I attached the "So Very") and it holds it together. Since you can open the Sweethearts box for the candy without removing it this works fine with no adhesive on the sides.
You may have to tweak the measurements a bit, but this worked for me. The Sweetheart box fits almost all the way in with about 1/8" or so peeking from the open top.
