Katie,
I have a set of dry embossing plates from Fiskars, that I bought at Joann's a while ago. The plates are double-sided and you use them with this little tool you rub over the paper in a circular motion(I forgot what this little gadget is called). I love to dry emboss, but it seemed so expensive when you do it with light table etc. The little plates have lots of different patterns, snowflakes, vines, grids, raindrops, even a spiderweb. It's a bit of a workout on my wrist sometimes, but I always love the effect. I keep my cards pretty simple, so a little texture is great.
Thanks for asking!

Your card is so pretty! TFS I also have texture plates from Fiskars that I had forgotten about. I got them out yesterday after seeing all the beautiful embossing everyone is doing with the cuttlebug.
