Which do you think is better, the photograph or the scan?
This is my card for Ways to Use it Challenge - Button Up! I bought a huge bag of see through buttons at Archivers and this is the first time I have used them.....Now I remember why I hated Home Economics in High School! Sewing....Blah!
I created the background by using that shiny silver Christmas Ribbon that has little holes in it and then sponging over the top of it.

I like the set up and dimension of your photo, but the scan appears brighter. Do you have a brightness/contrast feature on your photo editing software?

I usually prefer a photo over scan -- seems more personal -- if that makes sense -- I'm sure it doesn't!!! The scan is brighter, but is it almost too bright -- and the photo could be brighter -- it's a struggle, I know!!! I don't have a scanner so I have no choice -- I'm sure scanning is quicker -- it sure gives a clear view!!! Taking photos can be VERY frustrating and time consuming. At least you have options!!!

The scanned one is definitely brighter, but like was said previously the photo does show more dimension because of the angle. Whoever receives this will simply love it with all the darling sewn buttons! I do believe you must have all the patience in the world.
