 | | I probably did not choose the best layout for my idea, so I will try something else later. The challenge today was to convert a scrapbook layout to a card. Mine is from p. 170 of the 04-05 Idea Book. I really used it for a general inspiration - changed to a vertical layout, totally different colors, etc.
I also wanted to use some new Cuttlebug items - embossing folders and tag punches. The specific idea I wanted to test is to use more of my huge $ store silver gift bag for embossing. That turned out to be so cool. (I have used this same gift bag for layering on 60 Christmas cards, and still have about half left!)
Edited to clarify: The top half of the card is really the embossed shiny silver paper cut from the gift bag. Thanks for checking this out. |
