I tried many times to get a good picture of this card, and this one was the best of the bad, so to speak. The purplish ornament really is brighter and does match the purplish mat. Also, the reflection in the transparency piece is my hand as I was taking the picture.
To make this card, I just embossed the ornaments in a metallic green, gold, and the closest to metallic red embossing powder I had. A silver leafing pen was used to draw the 'hanging' lines. I tied silver cord into a bow, and attached the little bows with mini glue dots.
The sentiment is stamped with White Stazon onto a transparency, and attached with brads.
The mats are a metallic paper from Hot off the Press.
