Just wanted to share an easy neighbor gift idea. I bought these spatulas at my local dollar store. I stamped the handles with snow flurries in white stazon. I then attached a white cello bag stamped with snowflakes. The bag is filled with a yummy pancake mix that you can make very easy. You just take 1 cup krusteaz pancake mix and 1/2 cup of gingerbread cake mix or pumpkin cake mix and 2 Tbs. of sugar. I also put a little baggie of roasted nuts in too (see recipe on roasted nut cone). On the back of the snowflake tag it says Christmas Morning Pumpkin Pecan pancakes. Add 1 cup of water to mix pour into pancakes on a hot griddle. When done top with whip cream powdered sugar and pecans. These are so easy to make.

Problem solved. Now I know what I'm taking to the Christmas party. So cute and clever. I'm going to the store right now to get the spatulas and mixes. Thanks for the recipe too, they sound delicious.
