So, I don't know whether you have seen all these Christmas themed note cards at Michaels in the cheapy bins but they struck me as being kinda sharp! Anyhoo, I thought I might try to use them somehow with my stamp sets. Of course, once I sat down with them, I didn't know which direction to take...
I punched out the current sentiment, added the Riveting stamp, pasted the Little Pieces and the organza ribbon.
So here are my questions for the SCS crowd:
I am not sure about the colors with the glossy silver...what do you think?
Is this crazy busy...have the circles predicated a card that relies too much on Riveting and Little Pieces (i.e., maybe I could go a whole other direction)?
Thanks for your input. While this is just a test card, if I find something I like, I could crank out my Christmas thank yous and on a budget (although this is not a determining factor here.).

I cannot see any silver in the card! Is it the basic layer behind the black dots? I think the card is cute and the layout is giving me ideas. I especially love the blank white space above the dots. Interesting.
It is a bit too busy, but easily fixed I think -- keep the color of the ribbon and riveting circle the same and mat the circle with that same color. That would help the riveting from getting lost amongst all the other circles. Otherwise, i think it is very cute!

I would suggest some dry embossing on the top part of the card, or some background sort of stamp and/or verse embossed in silver EP. Or you could tie in the Regal Rose color again, since the Ballet Blue is picked up in the ribbon. Also, you could run a silver leafing pen around the outside of the Thanks So Much round image ...
