I made this for someone at work who ordered this after seeing one I made for someone in the office. It's made in the colors/style that she wanted. The page size is 7"x7" and there are 10 pages (20 if you count each side as a page). We didn't discuss price and this is the first one I am selling. She told me not to undercharge her. How much would you charge for this? the center of the flower is beaded and I use a lot of very tacky adhesive! I don't want to charge too much or too little. She ordered 2 others, same size, different themes.
I would really appreciate anyone's feedback.

And you could say usually you charge twenty to twenty five but since she ordered three and gave you plenty of time you will charge her fifteen or eighteen if you get scared. Then she can brag. and you can sock it to the next orders which will be closer to Christmas/ They would easily cough up twenty or more at the hall mark store with out blinking/ GO to the hallmark store this afternoon and THEN tell her what your price is!!Even if it is twenty five I would still offer her the three quantity discount (but dont tell any body just show them your book!!)
PS it is lovely and we are all on your Christmas list RIGHT??

Oh my gosh! This is a beautiful book. The color combo is beyond beautiful. I agree completely with Artha on the price. Anyone who would ask you to make one probably appreciates its unique qualities and the labor that goes into it.

This is beautiful! You need to charge at least $20! I agree with ndeelou, say you would normally charge $25, but are giving her a quantity discount. There's a whole thread of posts going on in the Techniques Junkie yahoo group about not under-charging for your work! You are an artist, and if you sell for too little, it undermines the value of your work and lessens your credibility as an artist! Off the soapbox now! Again, beautiful job! :) Angie
