This is my first attempt at altering anything. I found these great wooden letters at the dollar store and figured they were a good starting place. I covered the S with this argyle ChatterBox paper. Then I sanded the edges and inked them with Brocade Blue. I then stamped 5 of the Toy Box stamps on whisper white CS and colored them with my prisma pencil crayons using a lot of blue and green to match the background paper. I then used Gamsol to blend the pencil crayon - it really makes those colors pop!! then i cut out the toys and glued them directly to the S or used dimensionals. I added 3 knots of ribbon in white, light blue, and dark blue. It still needed something on the bottom left to balance so I added Simon's name with rub on letters and the back coordinating Chatterbox paper.
This is so much easier than I thought it would be!
