IC52 Steamy Cocktail Dress

Today's inspiration challenge was a gorgeous cocktail dress from Nordstrom's. The swirls on the real dress look just like the steam from Like It a Latte. I used the dress from the retired Haute Couture set and stamped the steam on the dress and glittered it. I used the steam to create background paper too. The dress and words are raised with pop dots. Enjoy!

What a pretty dress! I thought that the swirls looked like the Latte steam as well!
