Inspired by SCS stamper: justheather...Key Word: Spinner Announcement.
Made my first wheel spinner card. The first picture is on the Angel, the 2nd picture is of Mary and baby Jesus. The wheel is to the right of the card. See justheather gallery for instructions.

It's a 4 inch circle with a hole in the middle (I've used both a Coluzzle and the CM circles to sut it out, either works). Then used a square punch on the card for the window. Use a circle punch on the side for the turn hole (for lack of a better term!)
Stamp the wheel before you assemble it!
You can either use a brad or an eyelet to hold it together. I also made paper "washers" to help it turn...a small circle with holes in the middle. Then layer (from bottom to top):
Eyelet
Card
Washer
Wheel (stamped side down)
Washer
Secure the eyelet loosely or the wheel won't turn very well. Voila...that's it!
