I am going to put these sweet little holders inside my x-mas cards... for the people I am not going to see at Christmas!
Tea Holder instructions...
What I did was cut a 8 1/2 x 11" piece of cardstock in half the long way so you get two- 4 1/4 x 11" pieces. I trimmed each peice to 4 1/4" x 10 1/2". You then need to score each end at 3 1/2 " ; Cut the one end on a diagonal... Fold up & see if you need to do any trimming to tidy the holder up.
Decorate inside with stamps ; use double sided tape to adhere bottom of the holder flap to make a pocket for the tea bag to sit. I used tape to adhere the raffia to the front of the card, mounted the santa overtop the raffia with double sided foam tape/pop dots... I also adhered a square with an angel policy stamp on the back (over top of raffia) to help hold raffia in place.
The verse reads...
On Christmas Day
At half past three
Have yourself a cup of tea.
I'll think of you
You'll think of me
Sitting around the Christmas tree.
