This was for faux wood challenge, TLC91 knock on wood.
Here is a link to the directions. Forums at Splitcoaststampers I didn't have reinkers so I used WWC to color the wood using caramel, cocoa, and choc. chip. I watercolored the cs then used the toothbrush on each color of ink pad and pulled my brush the way I wanted my grain to go and it came out like this.
My DD suggested it after seeing the lights around the window in my last card.

Did you just use Distess ink or brown ink and draw the lines in?? This totally rock!
