It's true... Fabriano cards are wonderful to work with - simple cards are so classy on such nice paper! These are from StarLitStudios e-bay store, which is a great way to try out 25 of them. (Now, I need to order 100!)
I've decided to do gift sets with these this year - half thank you, half general - with no common stamped theme, just an assortment, like this set. I've been wanting to 'stamp more simple,' and I really enjoyed making these. Super quick, too!
Basics of recipes:
AOL thank you: marker stamping, spritzer tool to spray burgandy on background
Touch of Nature: stamped with Versafine black, colored with SU markers, sentiment by A Muse
Grateful girl: prismacolor/gamsol, used horizontal slot punch (thanks to an SCS tip!) for the ribbon slot
Long time friend: linen in cool carib in background; main image touched here and there with turq marker
Asian thank you: rough around the edges wheel in celery
Both Way Blossoms: watercolor crayons, sentiment by A Muse
Big Flower: flower idea from JulieHRR with A Muse oval stamp; A Muse sentiment
Snowflakes: mostly cased from TayloredExpressions, spritzer with turquoise across snowflake path, snowflakes touched here and there with Sakura Stardust glitter pen
