Here's my card for this challenge! it was a little bit of work, but I am pleased with it. I really like using pink and blue together for a winter card. The penguin is stamped on whisper white. Feet and beak are colored with pumpkin pie marker. I used the little starry pieces from shapes and shadows to look like falling snow. To make the glitter window, I punched an oval out of regal rose. I also punched an oval out of night of navy, then punched it with the larger scallop punch to create a border for the glitter window. That layer was mounted over the penguin (after I attached the tape and glitter). More of teh snowflakes stamped on the regal rose outer layer. I mounted each of the regal rose layers on night of navy cardstock to give them some definition. I love the whirly twirly wheel for wintery scenes, so I used it on both the regal rose accent piece and the bashful blue card. "Celebrate Winter" from EFP is stamped in night of navy ink and is tucked in alongside the main image. A piece of blue gingham ribbon to add a little embellishment.
I'm really happy with how this turned out. I hadn't yet attempted a glitter window, so this was really a lot of fun.
