Wood background is made with dry brush wheel in 3 colors, then adding details with marker. I guess I should have used a lighter color behind the horse for more contrast.

this is really cool. Yes, i would agree maybe using a lighter color behind the horse in the window. Otherwise, it is a great card! I have both Bareback and Dry brush wheel on my wish list. My hubby went to a horseback riding camp for many years when he was young and then was on a horseback riding team in College. Even though, I've only gone horseback riding once, I love horses. So I can't wait to get this set.
