I am not sure if it's an official technique or not, but this is what I did....I embossed the snowflake in white on watercolor paper. Then I wet the paper really good with a spray bottle. Then I took an aquapainter, picked up some re-inker on the tip & started watercoloring from the center, out. I started with Brilliant Blue, then moved to Tempting Turquoise. The water helps move the color around. By then, the water soaks into the paper, so I wet the paper again & spread the colors a little more, then I used the spritzing tool with the Orchid Opulence marker. It was easy & so much fun!!!
