This challenge worked out nicely for me! Okay so it isn't a card, but I couldn't figure out what to use on the transparency that would be white and would dry. Liquid Applique was the answer!

I gathered the instructions from here on SCS:
Transparency sheet from Kinko's (80 cents each) cut with circular cutting system to circle just a bit smaller than the diameter of the glass ornament.
Stamped with Stazon black and colored with Sharpies on the back side. White color was colored on the back side with Liquid Applique and heated-I was careful, but there was no melting of the transparency as the LA bubbled.
Transparency rolled (to fit inside ornament) and taped to the top of the ornament with a small piece of packing tape. "Fluffy silver stuff" put on the bottom of the ornament on each side of the transparency.
