My SC95 card. I was determined to use all scraps and it worked :-) Garden Green CS is my 1st layer and main CS. I covered with a layer of V. Vanilla CS stamped with Paisley using Bordering Blue ink. The faux sewing G.Green strips were glued onto the Paisley BG. Looks like a faux color block. I stressed the edges of the Paisley and framed layers with my Cutting Tool that I love for a quick and easy distressed look. The framed BG is Sage Shadow Clear embossed and stamped with Fine Lace. I got the piece totally wet and crumpled it several times and let it dry over night. I colored the Touch of Nature bird with markers and then sponged the edges and stamped with Itty Bitty using creamy caramel and bordering blue. Finished the card with retired vanilla eyelets. I really like the textured look. After drooling over Trudee's DD Gallery I had to distress a card. Thanks Trudee for your inspiration and Roxie for your SC......

Love that blue Paisley, and your crumpled green layer with the Fine Lace almost looks like mulberry paper. Interesting faux color block idea, too. I like the multi-colored itty bitty. The green and blue really look nice together!

What a nice card -- love your colors and love your main image with the distressing and, you know, I've been trying to color with markers of recent, because of YOU!!! Thanks!!! Great card here!!!
