I just watercolored with my WCC for the first time - AND I LOVE IT! (insert happy dance with much hip action) What a lovely image it creates. The first stamped image smeared like bad makeup because I added too much H2O. Not to be deterred I grabbed the crayons again and made this one look like a million bucks. I scribbled Old Olive, Almost Artichoke, Garden Green, Certainly Celery all over the tree to give different hues. The trunk is Chocolate Chip and the grass is Almost Artichoke. I distressed the edges of the card base and watercolor paper with a dauber and Thyme.
The card is a simple striped Asparagus paper. I copper inked the Paisley BG and clear embossed it. The vellum overlay is a scrap I've had for a while. I copper inked the French Script to give the vellum more depth and it really jumps out IRL. The watercolor paper is layered on Almost Artichoke and Chocolate Chip. Aged Copper frames holds watercolor paper stamped with copper. The scripture is from the Measure of Life dragonfly stamp.
