Take a business size envelope (without blue security on inside), seal it and stamp both sides as desired. Cut off top 1/3 with decorative edge scissors and sponge edges. Run bottom half of envelope through crimper. Slip the crimped part into the top of the uncrimped envelope. Add tag embellishment if desired

The length of the final product just depends on where you cut it. I did some of these for convention (which I won't do again as I got rude comments about trading them, but whatever, I'm over that :)) and they were all different sizes. I recommend cutting them about 1/4 of the length, but it depends on what you look you like.
