This is a case of all the awesome slit punch scallop cards I've seen here on SCS. This is a really easy card to make. Plus, I didn't use any ink pads. The stamps were all colored with markers. To make the scallop edge, just punch with the slit punch all the way down the edge of the cardstock, making sure that the edge of each successive punch touches the edge of the prior punch. That way, the excess cardstock will fall away.
