My family LOVES watching MacGyver(we're on the fourth season) so this was a fun challenge! I punched out the patterned cardstock with my circle punch, then after piercing the holes I threaded some thin wire through. You can't see the tangled wire in the photo but to the right of the pocket knife is a tangled loop of wire to add some dimension.
I got some resisters from the garage and added those on to spice it up.

Great card! I love how you stitched the card with wire, good thinking. But I have to tell you I'm sitting here crying, I haven't seen a resister in many, many years. My Dad had tons of them in the basement, so many pretty colors to play with when I was little. My Dad died a few years ago and your card brought back a flood of wonderful memories. Thanks so much.

Very nice! I thought from the thumbnail you had dry embossed horizontally along the lower 1/3 line, but see in the larger version it's your "signature." I like the card as is, but wonder what a dry emboss along that horizontal line would look like :)
