KC Treasured Friend Box

This is for the inspiration challenge 36. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/fo...d.php?t=173740 Karen gave us a beautiful jewelry box for our inspiration piece. I decided to try and create a gold, flowered box to represent a "treasured friend". I stamped my Watercolor Garden images on watercolor paper (for the extra thick texture) and then colored in between with a gold pen. I used a Krylon gold pen to color the base, top strip and lock. I wrote out the senitment with a gold pen. This is not my best work but I sure had fun doing it. I think that is really what counts most.
