SC84, $1 challenge, Believe

This is for SC84 and the Dollar Store Challenge. I got the angel stamp from Garden Ridge for $1. After I got it, I wasn't sure what to do with it. Now I have a reason to use it.
I used the outline rose from Watercolor Mini's to stamp around the angel. I used a cotton ball to brush over edges of cs. "Believe" I took from the word stamp in Natural Beauty.
