These were the invitations for my mom's 75th birthday. I used copies of her high school graduation portrait and sponged the edges with blush blossom. Stamped filigree bg with versamark on chocolate paper and tore bottom edge. Sponged edges of blush blossom paper with chocolate. Printed on vellum with computer font. Added vintage touches of aged copper brads, netting, photo corners and buttons. Got rave reviews from the family! (c:

This is terrific! I love the look...I wish I had thought to do something like this for my Mom (she'll be 81 this week!). I bet your mother and everyone who got one just loved them! She sure was a pretty girl; how fun!
