I've had this idea in my head for a few months, and have been on the 'look-out' for silhouette stamps. EVEN BETTER, I found two sets of the cutest silhouette stickers of kids playing!
Bare with me.... I feel a lot of these cute kids begging to be put on cards!!
NOW.... I MUST say: "thank you, Sue" (jsbrooketrout).... you have inspired me SO much with your work.
I first saw this 'shading' one side of each diamond on Print Pattern on one of her cards.... and also, she uses IBB along with the sponging on many of her wonderful creations. I can't get over how much depth all these simple steps give this card. I even took a 'before' picture to help me remember!
SCS is such a GREAT place to learn, share, and grow as stampers.... not to mention the wonderful friendships we make here! (*wipes tear*) tee hee

Love it!! I, too, have been thinking of silhouettes!! What a lovely card!! The background is fabulous with the "shadow" effect...and the Primas are the perfect touch.

Wow! I thought that it was woven paper too before I pulled it up. What a neat look with the shading on the bg stamp. I love the silhouette stickers too. TFS!

JOAN, WOW! What a wonderful creation! It brought tears to my eyes it's just so beautiful. The background you made is unbelieveable! The tag, primas, and linen background behind the silhouette are just perfect! AWESOME JOB!!!!!!!
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.

This has to be the most amazing card I've seen to date!! The look of woven texture is unbelievable. Every little detail adds something. Kudos to your SCS inspiration pal as well
