The Teapot Challenge, compliments of Linda aka bubbles tx4, challenged us to use rainbow colors but no rainbows. There are so many different techniques and ways for creating rainbow colors, I had a hard time deciding what to do. I ultimately used an assortment of Distress Inks in rainbow colors to stencil a fun floral panel for my card. I kept it simple - just added a few rhinestone gems for some of the flower centers and a simple sentiment.

Beautiful card! I love the pattern you created with your pretty stencils and inks. Using vellum as a "shadow" around the sentiment is a clever idea -- it really helps the sentiment stand out from the background.

Jacqueline, this is sooooo pretty. You have a bunch of lovely flowers in lovely colors - makes me want to get some more stencils. The black sentiment stands out so well too. Lovely card. Hugz
PS thanks for telling me Nancy liked my card! Made my day.
