This is my card for this week's technique challenge. The black foam style pad I had to hand was a bit lacking in ink but I think it still works with the delicate sweet peas

It's gorgeous, Janine! You did a fabulous job with this technique. I tried my luck with this technique using a Memento Tuxedo Black felt pad and I like yours sooo much better!

I think it isn't a must to cover it very dark, I was even thinking to use an other color than black, but your sweet peas look wonderful and remind me of my Father's garden when I was a little girl.... sweet memories
