For the Color Challenge hosted by Barbara. Her fabulous colors are: Polished Pink, Parakeet Party and Lemon Lolly with Embossing Folder for the dessert option. I got so carried away making my card that I forgot dessert on this card. I made a second one with dessert.
I stamped the cupcake and colored with blends: Lemon Lolly icing with stripes of the three colors on the cup. I stamped the circle saying with Polished Pink. Then, I punched out the circle and die-cut a scallop circle from PP Shimmer Vellum. I wrapped a polka-dot ribbon in a matching pink color around a Parakeet DSP piece before gluing to a parakeet card base. Then I added some ribbon tails and popped up the circle. Some pink gems and green sequins to embellish. Fun colors! TFL
Hope you will play along!

Such a cute birthday card. The ribbon is a great addition!

This is so festive with these wonderful colors. I love that green plaid backdrop. I was looking for that ribbon you used in my stash, but couldn't find it : (
