I used a nested die set from Concord and 9th to create the plaid background. The dark blue color is called Concord and 9th Blueberry. This is the first time I am using their paper, and I must say it is amazing! It is probably the best paper I have ever felt.
To create the design, I attached two die-cut plaid patterns over light blue glitter paper. I then die-cut the couple twice so that I could have the male in black and the female in a pretty glittery white paper. Lastly, I added some gems for embellishment.
I was initially intimidated by this challenge but in the end i am really happy with how it came together.
As always, thanks so much for taking a closer look and a read.
