This weekâs Ways to Use It challenge is to use beads, gems, or sequins. My card also ended up being a âuse itâ card since both the image and sentiment have needed to be used for a while; both of them were gifted to me. I think the dancing ladies image is from way back when I was in a swap group on Yahoo, and the sentiment probably came in a Teapotterâs Tickle. The image is watercolored and matted on a coordinating print, then on a green card. The sentiment is trimmed tightly, and the bottom is freehand cut around the âHappy.â All three layers have a thin gold-gel-pen frame around them. And two sizes of gems add a little more happy to the mix.

Wonderful watercoloring for the dancing girls image (one I have never seen and like a lot). Super card and the gems were perfect for the dancer card.

I have that image and have never used it! I love it embossed and colored. Great job!

Coming from two different sources, the image and sentiment go together perfectly. I'm very impressed with your gel pen borders - I thought they were thin line stickers.
I'm afraid I already sent my seahorse to my SIL, but if I make another I'll share a close-up ;-).
