Brenda gave us a fantastic video on daisies. I love my daisies at dusk when they seem to glow just before darkness. Sketched, applied masking fluid. Wanted to create the darkness of dusk with the dark blue. Added the salt. Finished the card by painting the centers and leaves. Come and join us and show us your favorite way to paint a daisy. TFL

Linda, I love the dark background and the reason you used it. It really makes those daisies pop. I like that you did different size daisies and more leaves.

you know, I almost did that. added more blooms as I've never seen one grow by it self before so, I love this. Esp. how dark the background is it really lets them shine Linda.

That dark navy blue background is really dramatic and it makes your white petals pop out in contrast. And I agree that painting a pair of daisies makes for a great composition.
