This card was done for a challenge where we had to use 2 green colors with the crushed curry color. Black also had to be used. For this card I dry embossed the leaf pattern. I then blended the colors on the back of the embossed image so that the color went in to the image. I next took a black stamp pad and ran it over the embossing. The black stuck to all the raised edges. To give some dimension and visual interest I die cut leaves and added a popped up sentiment.

What a beautifully designed card - I love the botanical look! FYI - You have CC996 in your keywords. If you change it to CC995 it will show up in the gallery for this week's challenge.

Cool embossing technique and your pile of foliage makes a great background for the die cut thank you. Wonderful use of the colors and very pretty card.
