Beautiful card! Stenciled backgrounds are perfect for this challenge. I love the coloring on your flower, and it looks so pretty against the yellow/orange gradient.

I'm not sure which I love more -- the stenciled bg or the flower -- but combined they create one gorgeous card. Love the way the darker shades of the purple pop against that beautifully blended bg of golden yellow hues. Stunning card, Polly.

Beautiful stencilled background. I like your choice of strong, warm colours for the base and matting layer. And the Stickles in the centre of the flower looks great.
