I combined heat and dry embossing on this tag, for a quick textured background. The background technique can be done with many types of embossing folders. Start with a paper that has already been inked. Apply embossing ink to the embossing folder and emboss. Sprinkle with white embossing powder and melt. Be careful not to burn yourself. Ink with an ink-blending tool to make the outer circles darker.
Apply Distress Inks on a non-stick craft sheet, mist with water and press watercolor paper into the ink. Let dry and repeat until you are happy with the look. Die cut flowers from the paper and shape with a shaping tool. Die cut leaves from vellum.
Thank you so much for looking!
Happy stamping!
