I wanted to use one of my older artsy collage stamps for this half-image challenge, and I dug out this Asian lady from the long defunct Rubber Gems company. I stamped her in Versafine Onyx on a scrap of light blue patterned paper, then heat embossed with detail black embossing powder. I cut the other elements out of the image and trimmed the paper down to ATC size and mounted on a scrap of black card stock. I added the gem sticker strip on the side. I was going to stop here with an ATC but decided to make a full card. I wet the edges of two scraps of mulberry paper and pulled them apart to make fluffy edges and glued them to a premade kraft card. I stamped the background in black on white cardstock then stamped several âchopâ symbols randomly on the background. I mounted this onto a black layer and glued to the card front, then glued the ATC piece on top.
