For the Teapot Tuesday #815, I made a card for Ann's brother in an Irish theme. I also made postcards for a swap... I took this postcard, mounted it on green cardstock and mailed it to Michael- forgot to take a picture...... I used a technique learned from Jennifer McGuire, and blended Red and yellow DI and the orange strip is blending of the two colors. Blue and yellow made a strip of green then purple finished it off.
My Dad was 100% Irish, so I love St Patrick's Day, and his birthday was 3/19 St Joseph's day- his name was Joseph..... Hope you were Lucky on this day!

Beautiful BG, love the colours you’ve used, actually yesterday was San Jose here, Fathers Day, big celebrations on the seafront, very apt for your Dads birthday.

So cute and I am so IMPRESSED that you hand carved the stamp for this. Your Irish teddy is absolutely adorable and he looks every bit of it against that fabulous rainbow bg. Fantastic postcard. I bet everyone in your swap group loved this and Michael is sure to as well.
